Exhibition tour

Thanks to funding from West Midlands Museum Development, we’re bringing collections out from museum stores and out on tour into the communities with connections to Ice Age stories.

See bones of local bison and exotic giant moa, as well as some of the first Palaeolithic artefacts ever discovered in the region.

Alongside the exhibitions there’ll be school holiday activities and evening talks.

The Almonry, Evesham is the first to see the material, much of which hasn’t been on display for over a century. It’ll be there until the end of December.

The exhibition will be in Droitwich Heritage Centre throughout February, with a children’s activity day on Wednesday 21st February.

From early March until mid-April, it’ll be at Broadway Museum.

    1. Hi Anthony, the little mini-exhibition tour was over the winter/spring, but the main summer exhibitions open tomorrow at The Hive and Worcester Museum and Art Gallery, and they’re on until September 8th. Hope you can make it!
